Three different codes, three different jobs.

Your invitation joins the agency. Your activation code approves the Mac app. Your short-lived pairing code connects Chrome to that app. Keep codes private and use each only for its matching step.

  1. Open and accept your invitation

Use the invitation link from your agency. If you already have an account, sign in with the invited email and accept the seat. If you’re new, create your account first, then return to the invitation to finish acceptance.

  2. Create your account

From your invitation, choose Create an account. Use the exact invited email address, set a password, and complete email verification. Public registration is closed during the managed alpha.

  3. Sign in and open Downloads

Sign in with the invited account. Return to Downloads & activation and choose Check my access if prompted. Confirm you’re using the correct agency account.

  4. Prepare for device activation

After installation, the desktop app creates and displays your short activation code. Sign in on the activation page, approve that code, then return to the desktop to finish activation at step 7.

  5. Download the correct Mac build

Open Apple menu → About This Mac. “Chip” generally means Apple Silicon; “Processor” with an Intel name means Intel Mac. On Downloads, choose that architecture and check the version, macOS requirement, signing status, and SHA-256 checksum.

  6. Install and open the application

Follow the instructions beside your exact release on the download page. If macOS blocks an unsigned private build, follow only the opening steps supplied with that release by the trial team. If those steps are missing, contact support before continuing.

  7. Complete activation

In the current device-approval flow, start activation in the app. Copy its code if it is not already filled in on the browser approval page, sign in with the invited account, then approve that Mac. Return to the app and confirm activation succeeds. Codes expire after ten minutes; start a fresh activation if needed.

  8. Allow microphone access

Allow the app to use your microphone when macOS asks. Select the intended microphone and speak to confirm input activity. If you denied access, enable the app in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, then reopen it if prompted.

  9. Install the private Chrome extension

Download the extension ZIP from your signed-in download page and unzip it. In Chrome, open Extensions → Manage Extensions, turn on Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked. Select the extracted folder containing the extension’s manifest.json. Follow any release-specific instructions provided with the ZIP.

  10. Open the extension

Use Chrome’s Extensions menu to open Live Commerce Copilot. Pin it for easier access. Keep the Mac app open while connecting.

  11. Enter the pairing code and port

In the desktop app’s connection setup, request a fresh pairing code. Enter that code and the displayed port in the extension, then connect. Use the displayed port exactly; do not guess one. The pairing code is separate from your activation code.

  12. Open TikTok Seller LIVE

Sign in to the authorized TikTok Seller LIVE account in the same Chrome profile. Open the live session you’ll use for the trial. Your trial team will help verify a real incoming comment.

  13. Confirm connection health

Check the desktop, microphone, and extension indicators. Speak to test microphone input and confirm a real comment reaches the desktop. Resolve disconnects before starting. The operator should see your host and connection state.

  14. Start the assigned LIVE Kit

Sync your assigned kit, complete its preparation steps, and check the product and version before going live. When switching products, confirm the new product is active. After your LIVE ends, review the structured session summary with your operator.

If setup pauses along the way

Invalid activation or an expired pairing code

Start a fresh code in the desktop app. Confirm you’re using the correct code type and invited account. For pairing, copy the new code and displayed port into the extension.

Chrome disconnects

Keep the desktop app running, reopen the extension, and check its connection state. Re-pair with a fresh code if needed. Confirm a new comment arrives before continuing the LIVE.

No microphone activity

Check macOS microphone permission, select the correct input, and test your voice again. If it still fails, contact your trial team and include your app version and Mac architecture.

A kit or product looks out of date

Ask your operator to confirm the assigned LIVE Kit version. A running session retains its current version; coordinate ending that session, resync, and prepare the updated assignment before starting again.

Reopening the app

Confirm the signed-in agency, activation, selected microphone, extension connection, and assigned kit. If activation has expired or access has changed, ask your operator before starting a new session.
