Service and eligibility

Live Commerce Copilot is a live-selling assistance tool for business users. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate information, and keep account, device, connector, and pairing credentials secure.

Your rights and responsibilities

You represent that you have all rights, notices, permissions, and consents required to access, process, transcribe, store, or transmit each LIVE room, comment, product source, and other data supplied to the service. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms and policies of every platform and connector you use.

Platform independence and risk

Live Commerce Copilot is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner. Platform interfaces, third-party connectors, and browser page structures may change, be restricted, or become unavailable. You are responsible for determining whether your connector use is authorized.

Suggestions and product information

Suggestions, clusters, summaries, and answer detection may be incomplete or incorrect. Product-grounded output depends on the accuracy and approval of the Product Brain information you provide. Review important claims, prices, policies, compatibility, health, safety, financial, and legal statements before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You may not share credentials or device tokens, evade account limits, bypass platform or service security controls, use the service unlawfully, interfere with systems, submit malicious content, impersonate others, or use the product to post or act autonomously on a platform without explicit authorization.

Beta and availability

Beta features may change, fail, lose data, or be withdrawn. Maintain appropriate backups and do not rely on the beta for safety-critical or regulated activity. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Hylo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Hylo may update these terms and will post material changes with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
